AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee , dry fruits, paneer, rice ,egg , potatoes, banana shakes etc in diet for weight gain
