#asktheexperts its been26 days of postpartum after c section can i bend a lil bit and do my chores?

Little bit of course you can bend that’s not a problem but right now you’re not advised to do your household everything because your body needs rest C-section comes a lot of restriction in terms of body and posture and also I would recommend you if you have time please take rest rather than doing any work right now
