#asktheexperts is Fenugreek capsules or galact granules powder. which one is safe for breastfeeding mother. is ajwain also safe during breastfeeding. when will take all those in a day.

Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements
