#asktheexperts Im 7 months pregnant. i have hypoglycemia. i trying very hard to manage it. i do wake up at night around 3, 4 or 5 am and have nuts as snack. but even then when i wake up in the morning later i feel tired dizzy , low sugar then head ache etc . How to manage this.
