So First you include a lot of green vegetable diet also have iron supplements and protein rich diet regularly and along with that you can start applying regular oiling where in you can take almond oil one portion castor oil one fourth portion make a mix of it and then start applying it twice or thrice in a week into your scalp and then wash it try using shampoos which are absolutely chemical free and if required wash your hair with mineral water
