Care for your hair with natural ingredients like amla, bringraj etc. believe me, anti hairfall shampoo may not help much. take enough rest (which I know is challenging) but ignore everyone and do it. get a malish wali (trained) for yourself and Or the baby. I personally do not recommend for baby cz it's a bond time between mom and baby. wait it out, it will automatically settle in some time.
