#asktheexperts I have back pain nerve problem back to full leg left side since 2 years surviving the same after post tum delivery

A. Kindly consult a neurologist so that they can examine you and if it is sciatica nerve compression, then they will be medication’s and a couple of exercises that are supposed to be done regularly.
