I have seen some cases of pcos around me... well regulated lifestyle and weight loss is incredible solution for it... you have to strictly follow your healthy diet and exercise.... you will notice the difference by own... loosing weight doesn't mean eating less,its all about healthy diet exercise and time coordination....best of luck..
