hi I have 4 years baby I want to conceive again and I am trying also but my periods are quite irregular

Its better to keep relations before rupture as egg can live for only 24 hours while sperm lives for 2-3 days in female body
Track your ovulation by any app
Take folic acid before planning
If no success in 3-6 months do some basic blood tests including tsh and pelvic sonography and husband semen analysis
