#AskTheExpert Hello doctor. I am suffering from pcod. I am trying to conceive but not able to. my periods are irregular. can you please advise me..

A. Need more history to comment accurately Like your age, kids age, planning for how long, medical issues etc Take folic acid before planning Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period Do some basic blood tests including tsh and pelvic sonography and husband semen analysis Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
