#asktheexperts ..how to reduce extra bally fat after c section ..can abdominal belt help to reduce it ?

You have to work out daily after you complete 6 months post surgery and until then do brisk walking to fat burning

Hello ma’am The abdominal well that you are talking about only helps your tummy from sagging you know it really does not help in reducing down any kind of weight or tummy. If your stitches have healed completely and you are good to go then start working out and start taking a diet so that you lose your weight in a proper manner
