Is it compulsory to use abdominal belt after c section. Instead of abdominal belt which exercise should I do to reduce my tummy

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
please take small walk daily
