Mam family planning actually is a better choice for you to go ahead with I’m telling you this because I have seen that when women have third-party insertion some women gain a lot of weight because of that some women have irregular periods disturbance in hormones I’m telling you because I’ve seen personally such cases so I think family planning is a much better choice that’s going to give you an assurance for rest of your life
