#asktheexperts hi mam good noon. after c-section when can i start my gym activities how many months i need gap?

A. hello.. post c section, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine

A. hi good afternoon .. no you can't. it is advisable to start any work out only after 6 months of delivery till that ,I would suggest to go for walk daily. eat couple of bites less than usual. avoid taking processed oily spicy food , junk food items. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
