#asktheexperts hi maam hme ni delivery ke baad potty tite ka problm ho rha hai... ye first baby mai v hua tha or ab second baby mai v ho rha hai... 1 month se potty tite aa rha.. mgr ab thora soft hai... mgr starting ka potty avi v tite hai jisse mughe dard hota hai.. or starting ka potty jb niklta hai tb v bohot dard hota hai

A. And consume more fluids and fibres in your diet which will help in regular motion because the digestion of the food that you’re having is good just try to include less of food which is heavy to digest try to eat food which is lie and easy for your stomach to digest
