Regestron You can start taking from the 10th itself for 11 if you expected date is 12th then you can start taking it from the 10th take it one time in the day and the next year also you should take it at the same time and you stop having it on the 12th or 13th like whenever you’re pujas done so your period will resume in 24 to 48 hours
