Got my periods after 2 month of delivery through c section. Even breastfeeding is regular!

A. Hi Mom It’s all normal and common No need to worry Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Take seasonal fruits vegetables cereals etc Take vitamins supplements calcium supplements
