after my c- section my periods are not regular. having 2-3 times in one month.

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up

There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to hormonal changes.
breastfeeding mothers periods are irregular. once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
