Hello maam What kind of scalp problem is your child facing you have not mentioned that apart from that hair fall is very common after delivery so would advise you to start applying onion and black seed oil you can make it yourself by looking at a recipe online and apply it on a regular basis and wash it with any mild chemical free shampoo for better results
