Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hey Hey mommy's for hairfall please do the following also note its normal after delivery. It happens as the hormones are not balanced at that time. it usually gets better when the baby turns 6-7 months old
1. have plenty of water
2. grind onion juice and apply to the roots.
#. having balanced meal is a must
3. ensure you include fruits and vegetables in your diet
4. focus on proteins
5. apply oil at least three times a week and no oil application after bath.
6. take a multivitamin
7 . also make sure you get a chance to apply aloe vera hair pack once a month.
hey mommy before you work externally on your hairfall problem you need to first get your hemoglobin, vitamin d and b12 levels checked. the problem usually lies there if there are no hormonal issues like thyroid.
