#asktheexperts does vbac possible after 3 yrs..my due is on March 21 till now all were good both my health and baby's growth.. currently 30 weeks preg .. recently done growth scan baby is 1.4 kg and in cephalic presentation..what are the things should I follow for successful vbac??.. already practising all the exercises suggested by my doc..what are the things should seen to attain vbac??my previous c-section is lscs..how do I know that my previous scar inside is heal completely!?? for now in the scan baby is cephalic presentation does it change afterwards or stays in the same??

Maam if you had a previous C-section this one is also going to be a C-section only the doctors are not going to advise you to have a normal delivery and normal delivery you don’t have to do anything what you are doing good I must also tell you that your child’s weight is less so try to include more of protein in the diet to have healthy weight gain for your child
