#asktheexperts am mom of 4years old kid , we are living abroad my son was started to going school most of the days he got cold . can u suggest how to get immunity naturally to my son.

A. provide a diet tailored to the child's needs with adequate calories and protein, plenty of water, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and recipes using cereals and pulses. ensure vaccinations are up to date to boost immunity. serve homemade meals and axvoid packaged foods to reduce illness risk.
