GayathriMom of a 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. for my baby at 6th week, he had fever for 2 days and no fever for 10th and 14th.. and leg pain and swelling at 14th week

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or andy inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated affter every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
