Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..take prescribed multivitamin and take complete bed rest for atleast few days...don't exert yourself . don't lift anything heavy....with going rest backache should subside. if not consult with your doctor
