Check the clothes layer, weather is changing may be thats why, keep the neck area clean and give bath everyday. and you can use Johnson’s Baby Powder, free from parabens, sulphates, dyes. Best to absorb excess moisture and keeps baby skin comfortable and dry. it gives long lasting freshness. try once this.
