#AskTheExpert some suggestions to reduce post pregnancy belly. it's 4 months now after delivery of my second baby boy.

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake.. breastfeeding burns a lot of calories soon. avoid sitting for prolonged hours.

A. Hi mom, Breastfeeding the baby and doing all the chores of baby like massaging, bathing, soothing the baby will help ypu reduce the weight. Apart from that you can start bending excercises and light walk. Once you get accustomed with these, start with a little heavy excercises and jogging if possible. You can also try yoga if it suits you.
