Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. may be viral . For mild cough and cold only home remedy is enough like steam inhalation and keeping the room warm . For nasal blockage nasoclear nasal drop 2 drops and if severe then nasovion pediatric nasal drop 2 drop . Both can be used 3 times a day . If there is any breathing difficulity then should visit any hospital .
