Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

it is best to take high fiber food items like spinach, cabbage , tomatoes , fruits like pear ,peach ,plum etc
you can take sprouts too
avoid taking processed oily spicy food items.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
