At this age start yoga and mild exercise at home only.
Avoid heavy exercise.
tummy belt will help if used before 3-4 wks after delivery
Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping.
Take proper balanced diet
take all types of food items, eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also.
Add all green vegetables in diet
Keep urself well hydrated all the time

walking is very good
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
avid maida , packaged food
take sunbathing daily
don't get exhausted
and take small quantity of food frequently lie fruits and raw veg as oer your suitablity
