A. hi mom to loose weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga brisk walk etc

A. try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
