#AskTheExpert my son is 8th month running he yet not started sitting... i heard that doing massage daily will help child to grow fast and also keep them active???

By the time he's 8 months old, he'll likely be sitting well without support.
If unable to sit unsupported by 9 months, check in with his doctor.
Strong neck, upper back, and lower back muscles are all needed to sit up alone. Do Massage with Dabur Lal oil especially on back of neck, upper back, lower back..
Try tripod position to practice to sit alone..
Use boppy pillow, Bumbo seats to encourage muscles growth.
