#AskTheExpert my child is 2 year 10 month old she has taken my hormonal medicine evening primrise oil tablet I induce her to vomit she vomit but I didn't any capsule in her vomit but c said c eat is it poisioness. pls help

A. Ma’am If it was poisonous do you really think the doctor would have given it to you as well? It’s not poisonous it’s a hormonal tablet probably which is why it is happened but you made your child vomit immediately then it is okay maybe it may have come out in the vomit but still it would be advisable to monitor your child to 24 hours to 44 hours to make sure that your child is completely comfortable she is showing no sign of discomfort and if at any point of time you feel that there’s anything wrong with the child then immediately consult your paediatrician
