Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very normal in small children to have a protruding belly. if the growth and nutrition level of the child is normal please do not worry otherwise meet your doctor because sometimes it might be related to vitamin d deficiency and muscle weakness
