You just need to have proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help develop soon
SantoMom of a 2 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes definitely Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
