#AskTheExpert My baby is 1 month old. Is it good to do oil massage? I have consulted 2 pedestrians and one said yes, the other said no. really confused! Pls guide.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if ur newborn baby has good weight than can start massage. You can use pure oils like Almond, Coconut, Sesame, mustard oil to massage baby.
Oil massage is considered as very useful specially for newborns
