#asktheexpert my baby 1 yr 1 m old now. for daily base oil massage is must..or else weekly thrice this is ok? can you explain that sir?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's best to do massage on daily basis, Massaging make the baby relax and improve the sleep. It also keeps the bones and muscles strong and healthy also nourish the skin.
