Steamed and mashed carrots, Beets, Peas, sweet potatos, apples, pears.
avoid giving moong dal pani or rice pani as it hss very little nutrition.
instead u can cook and mash moong dal and give.
main source of nutrition is Breast milk till 1 year. 
so feed bm before 30mins of each meal and then give solids.

Offer different varieties of food 
Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato 
Maintain hydration 
Maintain hygiene 
Try to keep head up position while feeding
