#asktheexpert is massage a baby regularly is good or not and if yes than which oil or cream should be use for that? plz guide me.

A. Hi mom Use any baby lotion cream which is chemicals free additives free and parabean free Himachal Johnson mamaearth are some good brand Give massage your baby regularly with coconut oil or olive oil Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
