ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, after 1 year is safe but in little amount. No food restrictions now, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

Yes After the age of seven months itself because that flavour to the food that you are having to the child so yes absolutely you can add salt and from now on you should try to give more of regular food to the child whatever you’re preparing at home for everybody
