Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello have calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet which can be helpful and also check on with your doctor and he wil be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as it can be due to calcium difficiency
