iam 6thmonth pregnant while sleeping getting backpain how to control this backpain please tell some tips

You can keep a hot water bottle that would be helpful but why are you having back pain that would be a big question here because it’s not like a time where you should start having back pain in the pregnancy so I would also advise you to check with your doctor and just keep your sleeping position in a way where you feel more relaxed
