#asktheexpert I’m breast feeding mom of 6month old baby, is it safe to eat mussels? Please provide ur valuable advise.

A. hi parent please take well balanced diet please take easily digestible food please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
