#asktheexpert I have got cold. my baby is 4 months old. can I take any tablet? please suggest one which is breastfeeding safe.

Sinarist you can take three times in the day with a gap of eight hours it’s a basic anti-allergic that I am suggesting you to take totally safe to be taken during the time of lactation also you can take steam 3 to 4 times in the day needed end of the nasal passage is blocked you can also use nasal drops
