A. dear mumma its quite normal now a days. u have given birth to a child ur body has worked hard but u might have failed to provide good nutrition to your body. treat yourself with mulitvitamins and multiminerals along with vitd3 and calcium. u will get recovered

A. to control hairfall use Indulekha hair oil. it will help you. I had used it for myself. for dry and frizzy hairs use mamaearth happy heads shampoo and no more tangles conditioner. both are natural products that are effective on dry and frizzy hairs. gently cleans all the dirt and oil and keeps hair soft and silky with a happy scalp.

A. To reduce hairfall and improve the texture, include protein and vitamin rich foods in the diet and keep yourself well hydrated with fluids like water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do scalp massage with mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil twice a week and wash with chemical free shampoo. Do not use heat and chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
