Take a course of vitamin D Take calcium supplements Do some stretching exercises Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Eat high protein diet Stretch marks usually fade with time Apply any moisturiser or bio oil Start some exercises gradually Abdominal muscles toning exercises are better for stretch marks Nothing much can be done Don't waste your money on costly creams Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
