Q.

#asktheexpert I am a 25 year old woman having a 3 year old child. My resting heart beat is 90 to 98 bpm. I got worried over little things and got angry fast. I feel stress over little things and that leads to anxiety. My blood pressure is around 90/55 to 98/ 65 for more than 5 years. My weight is 65kg and height is 150cms. what is the cause of an increased heart beat for me? Do I want to consult any doctor? which department of doctors do I want to consult?

A. I think you should consult a cardiologist regarding this sometime when you get extremely angry you are anxious you anxiety these things can affect your brain and your heart and basically you’re having this kind of a heartbeat isn’t good at all it would be good for you one time that you get a check with the cardiologist to know better about it and if there’s anything that you need to know and take care of
