#AskTheExpert I am 27 weeks pregnant and feel anxious at night with lots of overthinking thoughts which keeps me awake through out night giving panic attack. what shall I do apart from breathing exercises

A. during pregnancy it is always recommended to keep yourself busy with your friends talking or reading books and spending time to some happy movies et cetera which keeps you away from negative thoughts and also the best thing to do is you can talk to your baby and teach some positive things to your loving one

A. hello avoid over thinking and try to stay come and things will be all fine and any problem maybe you can discuss with your partner or your mother or whoever you are comfortable with which would be better and absolutely nothing to worry not to panic
