Gist of it in yourself and just trust yourself because that is the biggest thing that you can do to pull off a normal delivery because when you have faith in yourself and you are sure that you can do it that’s the only thing that is going to give you going and if you believe in any God then just keep chanting that is also going to give you a lot of strength

Just think about your baby 💗💗.Baby will take care of you.practise breathing exercises
