#AskTheExpert i am 20 weeks pregnant and my morning urine is dark yellow what should i do and what is the cause?

A. taje lots of fluid over the day.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal as per my experience and please increase the intake of liquid . and also you should have at least two coconut water in a day. take care
