A. you have to do excer ise as well diet plan to reduce the body fat .try to eat more fruits and vegtables .excervise after 2 month post delivery is must

A. Hi dear mom U can start exercising after six months of delivery. To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. Make sure that ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them before starting with the exercise.
